By creating an account on M-Maps.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use this website.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

If you are using this Website on behalf of an educational institution or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To create an account on M-Maps.com, you must:

  • PERMANENT BAN: You will be permanently banned from creating new accounts on M-Maps.com
  • IP ADDRESS BLOCKING: Your IP address may be blocked from accessing the Website
  • NO APPEAL: Decisions regarding false information violations are final and not subject to appeal
  • LEGAL ACTION: We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraud, misrepresentation, or damages caused

3.3 Verification

We reserve the right to verify any information you provide. This may include:

  • Verifying your professional credentials
  • Requesting additional documentation or proof of identity
  • Using third-party verification services

Failure to respond to verification requests within 7 days may result in account suspension.

3.4 Examples of Prohibited False Information

The following are examples of prohibited false information (this list is not exhaustive):

  • Claiming to be a student when you are not enrolled in any educational institution
  • Claiming to be a professor, instructor, or educator without proper credentials
  • Providing a fake or non-existent school or university name
  • Using someone else's identity or credentials
  • Misrepresenting your purpose for accessing M-Maps resources
  • Creating multiple accounts with different identities
  • Providing a fake email address that does not belong to you

4. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

4.1 Termination by User

You may request to terminate your account at any time by contacting the Website Owner at RobZon@M-Maps.com.

4.2 Termination by Owner

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Unauthorized use or distribution of M-Maps content
  • Abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior
  • Security concerns or suspected fraudulent activity
  • Inactivity for extended periods
  • Any conduct that we deem harmful to the Website or its users

4.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Website will be immediately revoked
  • Any content you uploaded may be deleted
  • You will not be entitled to any refund or compensation
  • These Terms will remain in effect regarding any prior use

The M-Maps methodology, M-Boolean Algebra, M-Lists, and M-Logical Systems are the intellectual property of Roberto Monzón.

5.2 Website Content

5.3 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use M-Maps.com for personal, educational purposes only. You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission
  • Use content for commercial purposes without a license agreement
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Create derivative works based on M-Maps methodology
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:
